Update on recently most asked questions :1 : How can I see if my payment went through ?
If u login to your account, u can see the status of your (last) order. If it is on processing, than your is payed for. If your order is on 'pending' it is not payed for.
2: How can see if my order is shipped/dispatched, and how can I trace it ?
Again, if u login to your account, the status tells u what has been done with your order. If the status is on 'complete' it has been send. If u click further on 'View order' u will see 'Track your order' in the middle of your screen. After clicking on 'Track your order' another screen pops-up, wich will give u the possibility to click on again to trace your order if it has been send with UPS or TNT-Courier express service.
Warning... Not all orders can be traced !! If u can't trace your order, your order is shipped with EMS. If the normal shipment-time has expired, u can send us an e-mail on gblstarcleaner@gmail.com together with your order number, and we will trace your order down to find out where it is or what happened.
3: My E-mails are not being answered !! What can I do to receive an answer/get in contact ?
Imagine how much emails we receive every day. Most questions are answered here, or miss an order number. If there is something wrong with your order u can send an email with your ordernumber as subject to gblstarcleaner@gmail.com. If u have a different complaint u can send an email to our staff: staff.gblstarcleaner@gmail.com

- No, there is no manufactury on this world that could produce that.
- Is there a difference between German GBL and Chinese GBL ?
- Yes. Off course is German GBL produced in Germany and Chinese GBL is produced in China. But our german manufacturer can guarantee their produced GBL is 99,7% pure, and chinese GBL suppliers do also guarantee that but they more pretend to have 99,9% purity.
- Why is that ?
- Imagine under wich circumstances a Chinese manufacturer (located in China) is allowed to produce. In China they don't have the very severe law-restrictions, constant production monitoring,our German manufacturer has to produce with.
Why does your company sell Chinese quality also then ?
Because some of our customers aways cleaned with chinese GBL and are very satisfied with it.
How do u know that the resellers U have listed all sell the same imported GBL from China?
That is because we ordered a sample of 1000ml Gamma Butyrolactone at all European resellers, wich we have send to a certificated laboratory for a deeper analysis.
Their conclusion was that that all listed companies import their Gamma-Butyrolactone from the same manufactory in China as we do.
Their second conclusion was that the concentration (or purity) off the Chinese GBL didn’t level 99,99%, but was maximal 99,23% pure Gamma Butyrolactone.
The cleaning power is not effected or less with GBL that has lost of it's purity.
